RESPONSABILITIES
Give support to the sales team (project directors) throughout the sales process (before & after a deal is won);
Preparing the price quotations and presentations for prospective clients; submitting any other useful material is needed;
Preparing completion of the order files pending with client order;
Responsible for generating management informational / sales reports;
Processing and placing orders with the manufacturer (external & internal suppliers), following of pending orders;
Securing the commercial correspondence with the various suppliers and collaborators;
Organize the transport of the goods according to the schedule;

Working Time: The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm, 1hour lunch break;

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The type of person required will be either a final year student or the holder of a university diploma, with or without work experience, but motivated and willing to learn.
SKILL SETS:
English language mandatory, computer literate;
PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
