
For our partner, a well-known dermatology clinic, with 3 locations in Bucharest and other new projects in progress. We are looking for a Business Development Manager, to taking over the sales department and new clinics openings.
DEVELOPMENT
Build internal and external relationships: identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business
Define and consolidate the brand; developing and executing brand plans to meet brand objectives and strategies; apply best practices in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Developing and implementing the Sales strategy: online / offline, external / internal doctors; research and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form Sales strategies;
Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire sales team for regular reviews with senior management
New Business Opportunities
Maintaining relationships with partners, authorities, and services providers
OPERATIONAL- OPENING NEW CLINICS
Development from the initial phase, until the commissioning and delivery of the arranged clinic: finding and renting the space, arranging, equipping, and furnishing it, obtaining specific operating authorizations, finding and signing contracts with the related medical staff.
PROFILE
Degree educated (BA or higher)
2 – 3 years experience in business development- worked for a start up and or the healthcare industry-represent an advantage
Impressive organizational skills
Very good communication skills
Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through with a focus on producing the highest quality product possible
Opening to travel
English- advance
