PROJECTS AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (HR INDUSTRY)

RESPONSIBILITIES


Client Relationship Management

  • Feeding the CRM with new contacts proposals, contracts, alumni for Certification trainings; Updating incoming database with incoming requests from clients; Updating the internal pipeline database with offers sent to clients;

  • Recurrent client relationship management – managing requests regarding pricing for assessments and services, sending periodical update information about changes or news from company to its clients

Project management proofreading

  • For delivery projects (for company clients) -maintaining the relationship with company consultants in order to establish schedules, issue assessment codes, troubleshooting, send invitations to all stakeholders, follow up, arranging the location for meetings, travelling, parking, catering, printing materials, proof reading etc  

  • For internal projects – conferences, micro-events- implementing defined actions in order to communicate the events to company clients, to ensure the number of participants per event, to carry out the implementation of events

Suppliers management

  • Acting as liaison with suppliers for specific delivery projects- printing, web support, the protocol for clients, hotels, catering

PROFILE

  • University degree- ideal economics or social sciences

  • relevant project management experience (3-5 years)

  • Previous exposure to external clients

  • Quick thinking, smart approach, proactive

  • Excellent customer orientation and communication skills both written and verbal

  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal

  • Independent, proactive, follow-through, problem solver

  • Digital friendly

  • Abilities to handle multiple projects at once
