RESPONSABILITIES
Give support to the sales team (project directors) throughout the sales process (before & after a deal is won);
Preparing the price quotations and presentations for prospective clients; submitting any other useful material is needed;
Preparing completion of the order files pending with client order;
Responsible for generating management informational / sales reports;
Processing and placing orders with the manufacturer (external & internal suppliers), following of pending orders;
Securing the commercial correspondence with the various suppliers and collaborators;
Organize the transport of the goods according to the schedule;

Working Time: The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm, 1 hour lunch break;

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Previous experience in a company specialized in flooring products and solutions for companies – represents an important advantage English language mandatory, computer literate;
PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Highly organized and able to work under pressure;
Honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personality;
Motivated to work in a challenging, dynamic environment;
