The employer company offers Real Estate Services - Office leasing & consultancy, Implantation - Identification of location, set-up of operations and Property Marketing - Strategy, branding and marketing for commercial properties.


  • Provides daily secretarial-administrative assistance to the Managing Partner and Sales team

  • Keeping executives organized with logistics, meetings, and emails throughout the day - and making recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization based on their schedule

  • Keeps a clean agenda, schedules, and prepares meetings, handles travel bookings and accommodation, and prepares travel expense reports

  • Translates commercial or technical / business documents and press articles

  • Organizes and provides logistical support for meetings and property tours

  • Organizes visits and events when needed - reservation of conference rooms and hotels, assemble background materials, and necessary consumables, and sets up the meeting spaces - properly equipped for meetings - video projector, computers, etc

  • Internal communications – compile minutes or summaries, following-up tasks

  • Drafts and reviews internal emails for grammar, correctness, and completeness, and ensures that appropriate material is attached, as deemed necessary

  • Weekly updates with Landlords to ask for availabilities of spaces, take photos, create book tours

  • Bi-monthly travels to Cluj-Napoca / Timisoara / Iasi to coordinate client visits or property tours

  • Manages and regularly updates the internal database

  • Drafts official letters

  • Creates commercial proposals for current customers or prospects

  • Monitor and understand the real estate market


  • University Degree in communications or business discipline

  • Foreign languages knowledge: advanced English – mandatory; French or German appreciated as “plus”

  • MS Office package- excellent

  • Ability to build and follow a CRM system

  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

  • Excellent networking and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Commercial correspondence – fluent, like a pro

  • Open to travel
