We are hiring a Senior Accounts Payable for a multinational company, acting in the distribution field.
The employer is an international distribution and services group with operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. They support businesses all over the world with a variety of products that are essential for their customers in the successful operation of their businesses
RESPONSIBILITIES
booking and checking services providers, utilities, fuel, transport, repairs and auto maintenance, goods
check and review GL 471 on monthly basis (expenses, rents, insurance: Casco, RCA, vignettes)
booking purchase invoices internal/external (401, 404, 409)
making scores for third-party accounts 401, 404, 411, 419
preparing and booking compensation orders
travel expense reports related to GL 542
preparation of primary documents related to cash transactions, transactions multi-cash banking operations
bank statements
support on the audit process
any other reports required by the management
PROFILE
Well organized, detailed, analytical individual with 3-5 years experience within Accounting/ Finance Department
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting\
Knowledge of ERP systems
Understanding of financial reporting and internal controls
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.)
Fluent in English
